We offer a compassionate, supportive day or overnight camp experience where families can step away from the stress of illness and reconnect with nature, adventure, and community. Held at the beautiful Camp Latona, families gather for outdoor activities, campfire sing-alongs, shared meals, and meaningful time together, creating moments of joy and connection when they are needed most.

A cancer diagnosis affects the entire family. Founded in West Vancouver, Canada, the Rise Family Camp was created to support young families navigating a parent’s cancer by offering a space where they can connect with others who truly understand.
We welcome families with children who are currently experiencing or navigating a parent’s cancer journey. Participation is completely free, ensuring all families can access support regardless of financial circumstances.
